Shipping & Returns

We want you to feel confident with every Aura Select purchase. If your order isn’t quite right for you, you may request a return within 2 calendar days of receiving it. You can reach out to customer support at +971507258652 to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. Please keep all authenticity tags and stickers fully intact until you’re sure you wish to keep your purchase, as their removal will make the item ineligible for exchange or return. Once approved, your return will be issued as store credit, giving you the flexibility to choose something else you love.

Please note that pre‑order products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, any beauty products/cosmetics are final sale and cannot be returned.
